Registration of Mortgage Bonds

We provide specialist services in relation to the registration of mortgage bonds in any of the Deeds Offices in South Africa.

We serve on the panels of ABSA, Nedbank, FNB and Standard Bank and ensure that the registration of these Mortgage Bonds are done speedily and ensure that the attorneys handling the transfer provide feedback regularly which feedback is relayed to the client.

Extension of Sectional Title Units

We assist clients with the process of extending of their sectional title units and especially Duette Properties. This includes guidance and advice regarding the process, drafting of the necessary documentation, submission to the relevant authorities and registration thereof in the Deeds Offices of South Africa.

We work together with the necessary specialists who will obtain all the necessary approvals with the authorities as well as the Surveyor General.

Estate Planning and Administration of Estates

We assist in the drafting of clients Wills in association with specialists regarding estate planning and estate duty implications for the client’s estate.

We then also assist in the administration of the client’s estate in the unfortunate event where the client passes away. We provide guidance and assurance regarding the process for the next of Kin who are kept in the loop every step of the way.
